What are the opening times?
Rosehill Stitches & Craft will be open from 10am to 4pm daily.

What is the venue address?

How much does it cost to park at Rosehill?
Parking is FREE OF CHARGE for all vehicles in zone P1 (Disabled only), P4 and P5. Please refer to the precinct map to see where the entry gates and parking areas are click here

Where can I park if I have a disabled sticker on my vehicle?
The best places to park are the ‘Members Premium Reserved Carpark’ P1 zone within the Rosehill Gardens precinct. Please see the precinct map here to show you the best route to get to these areas. Follow the blue lines and read the legend as a guide. There are also onsite car park attendants who will direct traffic on the day and advise as to the best area for you to park.

Is there bus and coach parking at the venue?
Yes there is! Enter the grounds from James Ruse Drive. Onsite parking attendants will direct you to drop off passengers then move to area P2 to park your vehicle. Please refer to the precinct map click here.

Is there a map showing the stalls at the show so that I can plan which ones to visit?

Is there a free shuttle bus from Parrramatta train station to the craft show at Rosehill like there used to be?
No, there is no free shuttle bus. This free shuttle service run by the venue is only in operation on race days at Rosehill and not for the Rosehill Stitches & Craft event.

Is there a normal public bus that I can catch from Parrramatta train station to the craft show at Rosehill?
Yes, the M92 bus runs from the Parramatta Interchange at the train station from Stand A2 all day. The bus drops off at James Ruse Drive at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse. The walk from there is 4 minutes. This bus runs every 15 minutes from Parramatta Station to the show. The trip takes approximately 10 minutes.

Can I pre-purchase my tickets online?
Yes, you can purchase your ticket online, save money and avoid the queuing to buy tickets at the door – click here. Online ticket sales are open right up until the last hour of the show on Sunday March 11. Your tickets are emailed straight to you so you can print them on paper at home, or you can ‘go paperless’ and show your ticket to ticket collectors on the screen of your iphone or mobile device. All ticket collectors need to do is scan the unique ticket code.

Can I buy my ticket at the door when I get there?
Yes you can.

My printer is broken. I can’t print my ticket on paper at home.  What should I do?
It’s okay. All the ticket collectors at the venue need to see is the unique ticket code. You can ‘go paperless’ and show the ticket barcode to the ticket collectors on the screen of your mobile device or iphone.

Can I use my EFTPOS/Credit Card at the venue?
Many exhibitors accept EFTPOS and credit card payments and there will be several ATMs at the show. However you may need to pay cash for your ticket into the show.

Is there free wifi at the fair?
Yes there is!

Is there somewhere I can leave my coat and bag?
There is an attended Help Desk/Cloak Room area in the foyer where you can leave your bags and coats for just $2 per item.

Are there wheelchairs for hire?
There are no wheelchairs for hire at this venue, but the venue is fully accessible with both ramps and stairs.

Is the venue pram and wheelchair friendly?
Yes, Rosehill Gardens Racecourse is fully equipped to cater for those using wheelchairs and prams.

Can I use my own mobility scooter inside the show?

What type of food is available?
Full cafe facilities are available for visitors.

Can I bring my own food?

Do you accept government issued ‘Companion Cards’, so that my carer can assist me through the event?

Yes, we do accept the government Companion Card when a disabled person has purchased their own ticket to enter a show but requires a companion/carer with them at all times to assist them around a show. Companions enter free of charge. You can buy tickets online or at the door.
